The agency career that came first
Studio Dynamics is new as a company. The experience behind it isn't.
Lee spent ten years inside lead-generation and digital marketing agencies — first in the UAE, then in Canada, then back in the UK. Three completely different markets, different regulatory environments, different client cultures. Over that decade he ran campaigns across every major platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Microsoft, programmatic), for clients ranging from large enterprises to small independent firms.
In 2021 he completed the Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) qualification through the Digital Marketing Institute — the most widely-taught, industry-accredited qualification in digital marketing globally. The qualification is credit-rated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority at SCQF Level 8 (24 credit points), and the course content is reviewed by the DMI's Global Industry Advisory Council. What was broken
The same pattern played out at every agency, in every country. The clients getting the best results weren't necessarily the ones with the biggest budgets — they were the ones with account managers who actually understood their business, returned their calls quickly, and gave them honest answers about what was working and what wasn't.
The clients getting bad results were the ones being managed by overstretched teams who'd inherited the account, didn't have time to learn it properly, and survived by hiding poor performance behind vanity metrics.

What Studio Dynamics is
Studio Dynamics is built around the opposite of the pattern above:
- Small by design. We only take on as many clients as we can manage properly. When we hit capacity, we stop selling and add to a waiting list.
- One specialism at a time. Our current focus is mortgage and remortgage lead generation for UK brokers. Specialising means we know the lead profile, the qualifying questions, and where the compliance lines sit.
- No long contracts. If we're not delivering, you should be free to leave. We back this with a Lead Delivery Guarantee — full refund on any leads we promised but didn't deliver.
- Honest about what we don't know yet. The numbers we quote are middle-of-range industry benchmarks, not best-case claims dressed up as guarantees.
The four principles we operate on
Transparent pricing, no hidden setup fees
You see the per-lead price upfront. There's no setup fee, no minimum monthly retainer, and no platform-management surcharge layered on top.
No long-term contracts
Engagements are weekly. You can stop, pause, increase, or decrease whenever you choose. Lock-in contracts breed lazy account management — removing them keeps us focused on delivering month after month.
We say no when it's not a fit
If your follow-up process can't reach leads quickly, or your firm doesn't have capacity to work the volume, we'll tell you on the discovery call. We'd rather refer you elsewhere than take your money for leads you can't convert.
Honesty over hype
We don't promise "guaranteed conversions" or "100% close rates." We quote realistic ranges based on industry benchmarks for properly-structured lead programmes. If we deliver above the range, great. If we deliver mid-range, that's what we promised.
Where we are right now
Studio Dynamics is taking on its first cohort of mortgage broker partners. We're being deliberately selective — only working with advisors whose follow-up process is set up to do justice to the leads we deliver.
